Whether you're buying or selling, there are dozens of web pages giving you "bullet point advice" to help you jump start your real estate project in France. But it’s all generalities and background information, when what you are really looking for is hands-on advice and assistance about how to actually “do” things.
After over a decade as a buyer’s agent in the south of France, I know what questions you ask. Based on that experience I have created an online assistance service that’s both action-oriented and will simplify your real estate project in France and also affordable –costing in the hundreds of Euros instead of thousands.
Bespoke property help, from 239€/month
I can be your online French real estate coach, available to help you throughout your project. I will help you fine-tune your goals and handle people on the ground (agents, notaires, etc.). I will assist in managing all the documents you will have to review along the way and I will facilitate the legal process.
Everything happens online, on the phone, and with video consultation. You have access to your own online portal. During your project preparation, we have a monthly video consultation and when you’re on the road in France, we can have a daily video meeting if you require – even during week-ends!
