1€ a minute
The starting point was 2€ a minute. Here is the rationale: given that each week each typical customer needs one hour of my time, that’s 220 minutes each month – so a basic fee of 439€. Then I decided to offer an incentive to commit to a 3-month program, hence a 33% discount. And a further 10% if you buy a 6-month program, and another 10% if you buy a 9-month program. Which is equivalent to 1€ a minute!

A limited number of customers
Given that each week each customer needs one hour of my time average, I can only handle a maximum of 30 of them at any given time. So, to make things work, I work a lot and I take full advantage of online tools.
If your project concludes quicker than you anticipated, you can cancel your program and I will refund the unused months. If you are really (really) not happy with the service, and after you have articulated your grievances in writing within 90 days of the end of your program, I will refund 100% of your monies. Simple.
Put in perspective
The assistance of an experienced real estate broker working only for you could save you a lot of money.
Look at it this way. A 6-month program with a video call every two weeks costs 1,992€ (332€ per month), which is easily offset by a 0.5% price reduction if you buy a 400,000€ house; or by a 10% reduction in the agent’s fee which can be 20,000€ when you buy or sell the same 400,000€ property.
Nobody else
Don't expect traditional agents to "advise you," as listing agents work for sellers and most agents don't have the training of consultants - they are salespeople mostly.

Also, as far as I know, in France there are no specialised real estate advisors available to assist individual buyers or sellers like you. Else, hiring an experienced specialised French real estate lawyer could cost upward of 150€ an hour.
