No. But it is best suited to buyers whose project is real enough that structured exploration will create meaningful progress.
Do you accompany every visit?
I am with you for most of the key visits. The objective is not to attend everything mechanically, but to be present where my input matters most.
Can this work if we are still considering several areas?
Yes. In fact, that is one of the main reasons this program exists: to narrow broad intentions into a workable geographical direction.
